Dubai has grown significantly in recent years due to several factors:

security in the broadest sense of the term (personal safety, security as an area free from conflict, etc.);

enormous tax advantages;

a growing trend in the economy and asset values that has pushed more and more investors to bet on Dubai;

etc.
